Our stay at this jaw-dropping cottage was beyond amazing! It was super well-equipped, clean, and cozy. The bedrooms were comfy, with mind-blowing views to wake up to every morning. The stash of toys and books kept our kids entertained, and the thoughtful touches throughout the house made it feel like a true home away from home. We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and beautifully decorated house in Matlock. The views from the windows were stunning, and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and attractions like Heights of Abraham. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the owner was very responsive to our questions. We had a wonderful time and wished we could have stayed longer!
The only thing that could have made our stay better was if the hotel breakfast had more variety.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at the charming Hope Terrace in Matlock. The views of the surrounding countryside were breathtaking, and the location was perfect for exploring the attractions in the area. The owners were extremely communicative and welcoming, even leaving a bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for our party of eight. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and the useful amenities such as the oven and grill. The bedrooms were pleasant, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also found the dishwasher to be incredibly useful. Additionally, the property had lots of character and was beautifully furnished and decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The welcome pack was an added bonus and gratefully received.
Although our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few minor inconveniences. the walk to the property from the town was quite challenging due to the steep hill, which may not be suitable for individuals with mobility difficulties.
